【摘要】：正美国高等艺术教育水平较高,在音乐、设计、影视等领域都有世界顶尖的院校,培养了大量优秀的艺术人才,成为美国文化产业的中坚力量。如果说完善有序的高等艺术教育体系得益于艺术院校教职人员的服务与贡献,那么高素质的教师队伍则有赖于科学合理的教师绩效评价体系。因此,借鉴美国高校对艺术教师绩效评价所遵循的原则、采用的方法和途径,对推动高水平艺术教师队伍建设具有积极意义。美国高校艺术教师绩效评价概况
[Abstract]:American higher art education level is relatively high, in music, design, film and television and other fields of the world's top colleges, trained a large number of outstanding art talent, become the backbone of the American cultural industry. If the perfect and orderly higher art education system benefits from the service and contribution of the teaching staff in the art colleges and universities, the high quality teachers depend on a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of teachers' performance.
