新疆高校校园公示语汉维翻译浅析

【摘要】：高校校园公示语作为公共场地公示语，既是校园文化建设的重要组成部分，是一个城市语言环境的组成部分，同时也是展示学校与城市精神文明的平台。新疆自治区语言文字工作条例规定公示语需用双语标识，现在越来越多的汉维双语公示语出现在高校校园里，发挥着提示安全、规范秩序、指引交通等重要作用。然而在现实生活中我们发现维吾尔公示语中存在不规范的现象。本文通过对新疆高校校园公示语汉维翻译调查研究发现，高校校园公示语主要存在拼写不正确、语法有误、用词失当、语言冗余等问题，针对这些问题笔者做了较为深入的分析，提出维吾尔语校园公示语翻译应符合维文《正字法》要求、遵循简译等原则，，切实提高维吾尔语公示语的语言规范及翻译水平。
[Abstract]:As public signs in public venues, campus signs are not only an important part of the construction of campus culture, but also an integral part of the language environment of a city. At the same time, it is also a platform for showing the spiritual civilization of schools and cities. The Xinjiang Autonomous region's regulations on language and character work stipulate that public signs should be bilingual. Now more and more bilingual signs of Han and Wei appear on the campus of colleges and universities. Play an important role in indicating safety, standardizing order and guiding traffic. However, in real life, we find that there is an irregular phenomenon in Uygur public signs. There are some problems in college campus public signs, such as incorrect spelling, grammatical errors, improper use of words, language redundancy and so on. The author makes a deep analysis of these problems. It is pointed out that the translation of Uygur public signs on campus should conform to the requirements of Uygur orthography and follow the principles of simplified translation so as to improve the language standard and translation level of Uygur public signs.
