【摘要】：文章以黑水城出土的《天盛律令》十九卷畜利限门为探讨对象,从两个部分对其加以阐释研究。第一部分,为畜利限门分行录文和对译,以及对牧业管理机构、畜牧品种、地名国名的名称及其他名物制度的音译注释；第二部分,对上述比较重要的名物制度进一步考释,提出西夏设有区别于一般国有牧场中官牧系统、军牧系统的皇家直属牧场存在形式；行宫司、群牧司两大机构职权相比宋代有所收缩；黑水监军司乃西夏军牧系统中的特例。并论述了牧人地位上高于牧助且拥有自耕地、贺兰山燕支山牦牛赔偿标准因载畜量及海拔差异而不同、大食指代喀喇汗王朝等问题。通过以上分析可以大致勾画出西夏时期畜牧业发展的一些状况。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Nineteen volumes of Life-limiting door of Tiansheng Law unearthed in Heishui City are taken as the object of discussion, which is interpreted and studied from two parts. The first part is the transliteration of the records and translations of the Lijian Branch, as well as the transliteration of the names of animal husbandry management agencies, animal husbandry varieties, place names and other names; the second part, further textual research and interpretation of the more important system of names and objects mentioned above. It is put forward that the system of official grazing in Xixia is different from that in general state-owned ranching, and the form of royal pasture under the military grazing system; the functions and powers of the two major agencies in the Department of Guoman and the Department of Animal Husbandry have been reduced compared with those of the Song Dynasty; the Department of Heishui and the military Supervision is a special case in the pastoral system of the Western Xia Army. This paper also discusses that the pastoral status is higher than the pastoral aid and has its own cultivated land. The compensation standard of Yak in Yanzhi Mountain of Helan Mountain is different according to the difference of the carrying capacity and altitude, and the big food refers to the Kalahan dynasty and so on. Through the above analysis, we can outline the development of animal husbandry in the Xixia period.
