中美四套中级综合教材中文化内容的对比分析

【摘要】：文化和语言有着不可分割的关系，语言自身也是文化的一部分。文化知识的教学近年来受到对外汉语教育界越来越多的关注，这种关注也直接体现在了对外汉语教材的编写上。文化内容的教学逐渐成为教材编写的重点和难题，文化点的选择也还缺少像词汇、语法那样的教学大纲做参考依据。本文选取了中美各两套对外汉语中级综合教材为研究素材，用分类较为科学、实用性较强的文化大纲为依据，对四套教材中的文化内容进行统计、对比、分析，从定量和定性两个角度研究中美教材在文化内容的选择、编写方法和思路等方面的异同。本文研究发现，因为语言环境和思维方式等方面的不同，，中美对外汉语教材编写者在文化内容的选取和教学方法上都存在一定的差异性。而美国教材在对文化教学的重视程度、教学内容的选取、编排和表述上都有值得借鉴的地方。
[Abstract]:Culture and language are inseparable relations, language itself is a part of culture. In recent years, the teaching of cultural knowledge has attracted more and more attention in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which is also directly reflected in the compilation of textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The teaching of cultural content has gradually become the focal point and difficult problem in the compilation of textbooks, and the choice of cultural points also lacks the reference basis of syllabus such as vocabulary and grammar. In this paper, two sets of Intermediate Comprehensive textbooks for Chinese as a Foreign language in China and the United States are selected as the research materials, and the cultural contents of the four sets of textbooks are statistically analyzed and compared, based on the cultural syllabus, which is more scientific and practical in classification. This paper studies the similarities and differences between Chinese and American textbooks in cultural content selection, writing methods and ideas from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. This paper finds that there are some differences in the selection of cultural content and teaching methods between Chinese and American textbook writers because of the differences in language environment and mode of thinking. The American teaching materials are worthy of reference in terms of the importance of cultural teaching, the selection, arrangement and presentation of teaching contents.
