规划类公文词语特点研究

【摘要】：本文以三级政府级五年规划的词语为切入点，对五年规划中的类词缀、模糊词语、数量词、词族、字母词等方面的使用进行系统地统计分析，总结规划类公文的词语使用特点，以期对规划文种的写作提供相应的借鉴，减少写作的错误。论文分为绪论、正文和结论三个部分，五章内容。第一章绪论，主要介绍了规划文种的源流、研究现状、内容，论文题目的意义以及相关的理论和研究方法。第二章主要探讨了五年规划中的类词缀现象，针对语料中出现的类词缀频率，主要有“化”、“性”、“型”、“率”四个类词缀，对其出现的频率进行了定量统计，并对语音、语法、语义场情况进行了分析。此类词语具有能产性，与之结合的词语以双音节为主，但在出现频率上都是合成之后的少数双音节词语占优势，比如“优化”、“良性”。与“化”结合的名词占绝对优势，但形容词有增加的趋势，动词数量很少。与“性”结合的词语名词最多，动词占的比例少一些，形容词又次之，还与少量的副词和短语结合。“X性”词具有语法功能上的扩展性和不稳定性。与“型”结合的词类动词最多，形容词略少，名词最少。地市级五年规划中少量此类词有生造嫌疑。第三章主要对五年规划中的模糊词语进行分析。公文中的模糊词语一直是学界研究的热点，文章对模糊词语在意义上分类。公文模糊词语要分文种使用，，不同的公文文种在选取模糊词语上有较大差异，规划类公文出现频率高的是表示发展变化、程度、性状的三类模糊词语，在此类公文的写作中模糊词语的使用相对严谨，并且模糊词语要和精确词语交叉使用，而歧义并非模糊现象。第四章主要对五年规划中其他词语特点进行讨论。主要对数量词和类似“XX机制”、“XX工程”等特定词语以及字母词三个特点进行分析。我们发现规划类公文常用百分数、度量衡量词和个体量词；“XX”工程、“XX机制”、“机制”等多音节词语出现较多；字母词在地市级的使用中有不合国家语言规范的现象。第五章结语对文章的研究工作进行总结，并指出存在的问题和下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a systematic statistical analysis on the use of affixes, fuzzy words, quantifiers, word families, letters and other aspects in the five-year planning, and summarizes the characteristics of the use of the words in the official documents of the planning class. In order to provide a corresponding reference for the planning of language writing, reduce the errors in writing. The paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, and five chapters. The first chapter introduces the origin, research status, content, significance, relevant theories and research methods. The second chapter mainly discusses the phenomenon of affix in the five-year plan, aiming at the frequency of affix in the corpus, there are four kinds of affixes, such as "transformation", "sex", "type" and "rate", and the frequency of their appearance is analyzed quantitatively. The phonetic, grammatical and semantic fields are analyzed. These words are productive, and the words combined with them are mainly disyllabic words, but they are the few disyllabic words, such as "optimization" and "benign", which are dominant in the frequency of occurrence. The nouns combined with "transformation" are dominant, but adjectives tend to increase, and the number of verbs is small. The words combined with "sex" have the most nouns, the proportion of verbs is less, adjectives take second place, and a small number of adverbs and phrases. "X" has the extensibility and instability of grammatical function. Combined with "type" the most part of speech verbs, adjectives slightly less, nouns the least. A small number of such words are suspected of being created in five-year plans at the prefectural level. The third chapter mainly analyzes the fuzzy words in the five-year plan. Fuzzy words in official documents have always been a hot topic in academic circles. This paper classifies fuzzy words in meaning. The fuzzy words of official documents should be used in different languages. Different kinds of official documents have great differences in the selection of fuzzy words. The three kinds of fuzzy words that show the development, degree and character are the three kinds of fuzzy words which appear frequently in the planning documents. In the writing of this kind of official document, the use of fuzzy words is relatively strict, and the ambiguous words should be used interchangeably with precise words, and ambiguity is not a fuzzy phenomenon. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of other words in the five-year plan. This paper mainly analyzes three characteristics of quantifiers and special words such as "XX mechanism", "XX project" and alphabetic words. We find that there are many polysyllabic words such as "XX" engineering, "XX mechanism", "mechanism" and so on. The fifth chapter summarizes the research work, and points out the existing problems and the next research direction.
