《环球汉语—汉语和中国文化》文化项目呈现方式考察研究

【摘要】:随着对外汉语教学事业的蓬勃发展,人们越来越认识到语言和文化之间密不可分的关系,也了解到文化内容的学习对于学习者的重要性,并试图在对外汉语教材编写的过程中融入相关的文化内容。然而由于文化大纲至今还未能确立,所以在对外汉语教学中什么样的文化内容应该呈现,应以怎样的方式呈现,对于对外汉语教学界来说还是一个需要不断探索总结、研究开拓、推陈出新的课题。目前,初级阶段综合课教材中的文化项目的呈现方式多数是以书面的文化知识介绍为主,或者是通过对附有文化色彩的词汇的学习。总体来说,对于初级阶段综合教材中文化项目的呈现方式的研究还比较少,仅有的几种文化项目的呈现方式也比较单一、传统。本文选取了初级阶段使用的国际汉语教材《环球汉语——汉语和中国文化》第一册,以《环球汉语》第一册中的十集连续剧、Cultural bits文化点滴视频和教师用书中的文化项目的呈现方式为研究对象。通过建立数据库的方法对该套教材中的文化项目进行考察、统计和分析,从而归纳总结出该套教材中的文化项目在呈现方式上的特点。本文主要由五个部分组成。第一部分主要阐述了本文的选题意义,总结了对外汉语文化教学方面和教材中文化因素研究方面的成果;提出了本文的研究目的并对关键概念进行界定,主要是对关键概念“文化因素“和”文化项目“的界定。第二部分介绍了本文的研究内容、研究方法和研究设计流程,并对《环球汉语——汉语和中国文化》中文化项目编排做出统计说明。第三部分是对教材中文化项目呈现方式的描述与分析。第四部分是针对国际汉语教材中文化项目的编写提出启示和建议。最后一部分是对本文主要观点和不足之处进行总结分析。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, people have come to realize the close relationship between language and culture, and the importance of learning cultural content to learners. And try to incorporate the relevant cultural content in the process of compiling Chinese as a foreign language textbook. However, since the cultural outline has not yet been established, it is still necessary to explore and summarize what cultural content should be presented and in what way in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Research and development, the emergence of new topics. At present, the presentation of cultural items in the teaching materials of primary comprehensive courses is mainly based on the introduction of cultural knowledge in writing, or through the study of words with cultural color. On the whole, there are few studies on the presentation of cultural items in the primary comprehensive textbooks, and only a few cultural items are presented in a single way, which is traditional. This paper selects the first volume of the International Chinese textbook, Global Chinese and Chinese Culture, which is used in the primary stage. This paper focuses on the presentation of cultural items in the first volume of the 10-episode series "Cultural bits" and the presentation of cultural items in the teachers' books. Through the method of establishing database, the cultural items in this set of textbooks are investigated, counted and analyzed, and the characteristics of the cultural items in this set of textbooks are summarized. This paper consists of five parts. The first part mainly expounds the significance of the topic, summarizes the achievements of the cultural teaching and teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the cultural factors in the teaching materials, puts forward the purpose of the research and defines the key concepts. It mainly defines the key concepts "cultural factors" and "cultural projects". The second part introduces the research content, research method and research design flow of this paper, and makes a statistical explanation of the cultural item arrangement in "Global Chinese-Chinese and Chinese Culture". The third part is the description and analysis of the presentation of cultural items in textbooks. The fourth part is to propose enlightenment and suggestions for the compilation of cultural projects in international Chinese teaching materials. The last part is the summary and analysis of the main points and shortcomings of this paper.
