海外汉语教师志愿者教学效能感研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the contingent of teachers has expanded rapidly. With the rapid growth of the number of teachers, the teaching quality of teachers has become the focus of attention at present, especially the volunteers of Chinese teachers who teach abroad. Because they are not only the new force in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, but also an important part of overseas Chinese teachers. The investigation and study of their sense of teaching efficacy, on the one hand, increases the understanding of the characteristics of novice Chinese teachers; on the other hand, the strategies proposed in this paper can effectively promote the professional growth of novice teachers, so as to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the origin, significance and purpose, research focus and research methods of this paper. The second part introduces the theoretical basis, connotation, function and influencing factors of teaching efficacy, and summarizes the research on teachers' teaching efficacy at home and abroad. The third part describes the compilation and measurement process of overseas Chinese teachers' volunteer teaching effectiveness scale. On the basis of data collation and open questionnaire survey results, this paper compiles a scale of volunteer teaching effectiveness of overseas Chinese teachers, which consists of 5 dimensions and 24 items. After quantitative analysis, the scale has reliable reliability and validity. We used the scale to investigate the teaching efficacy of Chinese teachers. The fourth part mainly discusses the composition, present situation and influencing factors of overseas Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy according to the results of questionnaire survey. The teaching effectiveness of overseas Chinese teachers is composed of five factors: teaching cognition, operation, control, cross-culture and cultural communication, and evaluation. Volunteers have different degrees of differences in these five factors. The influence of teaching age, gender and specialty on these five factors is not significant, but the country has a significant influence on intercultural communication and cultural communication. The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper, which expounds the research innovation and innovation of this paper, and also points out the shortcomings of this paper.
