医患会话中医生提问的人际功能研究

医患会话作为医疗实践中的要素,正越来越多地吸引着社会学、心理学及语言学领域的广泛关注。然而,有关医患会话的人际方面的研究并不多,而医患关系却是最为复杂的人际关系之一。由于医生的主导性地位,其以问句为主的话语所传达的人际意义的确值得更多的研究。结合功能语法及对医生问句的研究,本文主要探讨如下问题：（1）功能语法是否适用于分析汉语语境中的医患会话?（2）医生问句的人际功能是如何通过语气和情态系统实现的?通过对语料数据进行详细的定性分析后,本文得到了以下结论：（1）功能语法经过适当的调整同样适用于汉语语境下的医患会话。（2）在语气中,问句的人际功能主要是通过疑问语气中的特指问句、是非问句和选择问句实现的。在情态系统中则由能愿动词、情态附加语和情态隐喻体现。（3）语气中,特指问句因为交流性更强,因而比其他类型负载了更强的人际功能。（4）由于医患权力本身的不平等,在医生问句中,情态系统中的意态承载的人际功能不及情态。本文共包括五章。第一章是对文章的总体介绍,涵盖了研究背景、研究目的和意义,及研究方法。第二章综述了对医患沟通、问句及人际功能的现有研究,并提出研究问题。第三章是全文的理论基础。第四章...
