文化视角下看口译中的语用失误

　　语言是文化的载体和重要组成部分。各民族拥有的独特的历史、文化传统、生活习俗、思维方式和表达方式,都必定会在语言中表现出来。口译作为一种重要的跨文化交际手段,能否帮助交流双方跨越不同文化之间的差异,实现交际的最终目的,无疑是衡量其质量的主要标准。然而在口译实践中,文化及语用因素经常被忽视或误解,容易导致源语信息的错误解码和理解,甚至导致语用失误。语用失误的概念是由Jenny Thomas博士于1983年在《跨文化语用失误》中提出的。它指的是跨文化交际中的不恰当表达,与语言失误是不同的概念。口译中的语用失误由于不易被察觉,常常被译者忽略,最终导致交际失败。本论文以语用学理论为基础,探究语用失误的本质,分析了口译中语用失误背后所折射出的文化差异,并进一步探讨了语用失误的原因和减少、避免语用失误的方法策略,最后给出了相应的教学建议。首先,作者从定义出发,对语用失误进行分类,并分析了每种类型语用失误的成因。作者接着结合口译实例,指出了一系列与文化相关的语用特征,并分析了由中西方文化在这些特征方面的差异而产生的语用失误类型及其根源。最后,作者接着语言习得理论提出了自己对提高口译员跨文化交际能力的建...
