企业公关声明中模糊限制词形式与语用功能研究

企业公关声明在商务语域中占有极其重要的地位。在一事件背景相同的情况下,企业公关声明撰写人对企业公关声明语言的选择与公关成败与否息息相关。模糊限制语作为一种特殊的语言现象便是企业公关声明撰写人经常选择的语言策略之一。本文以20多家国际知名企业发表公布的共计161篇公关声明作为语料,基于Hyland所研究的模糊限制语的种类,用AntConc统计这些模糊限制语在语料中的出现频率,并对比Hyland的研究找出企业公关声明中较为常用的词汇层面上模糊限制语的种类。之后分别运用Grice的合作原则和Verschueren的语言顺应论对模糊限制语作为语用策略在企业公关声明中的使用进行语用功能上的研究,研究模糊限制语是如何在合作原则下实现合作的语用功能,并用顺应论对模糊限制语的使用进行动态研究,指出模糊限制语是顺应声明受众群的社交心理、客观事实以及撰写人基于身份所产生的心理动机产生的,实现对公关语境的顺应是模糊限制语使用的内在动因。最后得出基于合作原则和顺应论研究下的模糊限制语在企业公关声明中的语用功能。 本文对企业公关声明中模糊限制语的研究旨在对以后商务领域中企业公关声明的撰写中能够更加熟练...
