新闻文体中语境功能标记性主位的特点分析

  语类分析是当代语言学界的研究热点之一。近年来越来越多的语言学家认识到语言描写或话语描写必须充分考虑语言使用的社会文化环境、语言社团影响等多种因素,只有这样才能对语言的使用做出正确的描述。形成语类结构特点的语言手段多种多样,标记性主位结构就是其中一种重要的手段。本文将利用Halliday提出的主位理论和提出的对具有语境功能的标记性主位概念,对新闻文体中的标记主位的语境功能进行对比研究,以揭示在该语类中的主位选择的差异,分析主位的分布情况。 文章首先回顾了主述位的概念,分析了主位结构与信息结构、主位与主题、主位与主语之间的区别与联系。接着按照韩礼德对语气的分类以对照的方式来观察不同语气的句子结构的标记性主位的特征。然后阐述了标记性理论在音位学、语义学、形态学、语用学等方面的应用及发展。 基于Davies提出的标记主位的九大分类,作者对新闻语体里面的中的主位使用情况进行了研究,主要涵盖以下几个方面:(1)英汉新闻中CF标记性主位的密度。(2)各类CF标记性主位在英汉新闻中的分布。查看某些CF标记性主位在一种语言中是否比在另一种语言中是否更为常用。(3)CF标记性主位在新闻语类次范畴中的分布。...
