【摘要】:随着海外汉语推广事业的不断发展,国家汉办每年派出的志愿者也在迅速增加,汉语教师志愿者们用自己辛勤的汗水和无私的奉献给各国人民留下了美好的印象,被称为“来自中国的天使”、“最可爱的人”。然而目前对外汉语教学界关于汉语教师志愿者的研究多集中在项目的整体实施情况、汉语教学情况以及如何提高志愿者的整体业务素质上,关注的焦点主要还是在教学法方面;有关他们在海外的生活、工作状况的研究还不多,特别是从心理学角度开展的深入细致的研究就更少了。此外,汉语教师志愿者的主力军是刚刚毕业的大学生或是在读的研究生,他们都未曾真正踏入过社会,缺少实际的工作经验和教学经验,沟通技巧和人际交往能力也较差。从岗位要求来看,海外任教,工作量大且课程种类多,并且国外的一些教学理念和国内的不同,很多东西都需要重新学习,这对志愿者提出了更高的要求,也大大加重了志愿者的负担。最后,在我们的文化中,主动向别人寻求心理上的帮助是一件很困难的事情。公开或主动承认自己心理出现了问题被认为是很丢脸的事,所以大多数人在遇到心理问题时都会选择沉默。尚明霞(2012)对赴泰国志愿者的调查研究中发现,有部分志愿者存在不适应的情况,具体表现在:2%的志愿者希望终止志愿者工作提前回国,5%的志愿者教师对泰国文化不适应,1-2%的志愿者有一定心理问题。世界卫生组织早在1948年的成立宣言中就明确指出:“健康是指身体上、心理上和社会适应上的完满状态,而不仅是没有疾病和虚弱现象。”近年来汉语志愿者教师在海外的生活状况及待遇都有了很大的提高,这样可以很好地保障志愿者身体上的健康,但汉语志愿者教师在心理上和社会适应方面仍会遇到很多的困难,尤其心理上的问题还具有内隐性,往往是“当局者迷”,当事人经常身陷其中而又不能自知。虽然在选拔汉语志愿者教师时有心理测试的环节,在派出前可以确保志愿者教师的心理状况都是正常且良好的,但是,派出后却没有心理方面的持续关注。心理方面的问题不仅影响教学和志愿者在海外的生活,并且有可能对志愿者造成长期的负面影响。本研究以2013年赴韩CPIK汉语志愿者教师为研究对象,旨在探究志愿者教师在海外工作时的心理状况以及与之相关的外界因素。研究通过问卷调查法、访谈法和典型案例分析法对26位赴韩志愿者教师进行调查研究,发现与搭档老师相处的融洽度、社会支持和自我认知三个因素对志愿者教师的心理状况影响最大;相似经历和生活工作环境也有一定的影响,但作用不如前三者大;语言能力与心理状况呈相反的关系。这一研究有助于汉语志愿者教师更好地适应海外的生活和完成教学任务,对汉语志愿者教师的海外管理也有一定的参考价值;同时,也可为志愿者教师的培训提供建议,增强培训的针对性。

From the job requirements, teach overseas, heavy workload and the types of courses, and some foreign and domestic different teaching ideas, a lot of things need to learn, it puts forward higher requirements for the volunteers, but also greatly increased the burden of the volunteers. Finally, in our culture, the initiative to seek psychological help is a very difficult thing. Or publicly admit their psychological problems is considered to be a very shameful thing, so most people suffering from mental health problems will choose silence. In recent years, the Chinese volunteer teachers in the overseas life status and treatment have been greatly improved, it can well protect the volunteers on physical health, but the Chinese volunteer teachers in the mental and social adaptation will still encounter many difficulties, especially psychological problems with implicit, often is" the parties involved Those closely involved cannot see clearly. Psychological problems not only affect the teaching and volunteers living abroad, and may cause long-term negative impact on volunteers. In this study, 2013 Korea CPIK Chinese volunteer teachers as the research object, to explore the psychological status of volunteer teachers working overseas as well as external factors related to the study. Through the questionnaire survey method, interview method and typical case analysis on the investigation of the 26 Korea volunteer teachers, found along with partner teacher's harmony, social support and self cognition in three because of psychological status of volunteer teachers influence; similar experience and life work environment also have a certain impact, but not the former three; showed the opposite relationship of language ability and psychological status.
