汉语饮食词语的隐喻转喻认知考察

【摘要】：前人在研究现代汉语词汇的过程中发现,词汇既有字面意义,也有隐喻意义和转喻意义。饮食词语作为现代汉语词汇的重要组成部分,同样如此。这些饮食词语,在内部语义构成上有一定的特点。本文将以饮食词语中产生隐喻和转喻用法的部分为研究对象,共收集到相关语料230余条。首先,本文就所有收集到的产生隐喻和转喻用法的饮食词语从源域上分成六类,再按照每类中具体的来源进行细分。其次,从目标域的角度将这些已经产生隐喻和转喻用法的饮食词语分成四大类,每一大类下面再进行细分。之后,以认知语言学的心理空间和概念整合理论、生成词库和物性角色理论为基础,进一步考察了产生隐喻和转喻用法的饮食词语的语义建构和认知机制。根据突显物性角色的不同,从突显形式角色、突显构成角色、突显功用角色和突显施成角色这四个角度进行描述分类。最后,又从单纯名词类、动名/形名+名词类、形名类和动名类这四个角度,以概念整合和物性结构的杂合分析模式对产生隐喻和转喻用法的饮食词语进行分析,探讨这些词语的内部语义生成机制。同时,本文还对概念整合过程中突显的各个物性角色的比例进行了统计,发现这在一定程度上体现了人们认识世界、理解世界的方式,也说明了饮食词语的命名与人们感知、心理、思维以及对外界的认知方式有着非常重要的关系。
[Abstract]:In the course of studying the vocabulary of modern Chinese, our predecessors found that words have both literal meaning, metaphorical meaning and metonymy meaning. As an important part of modern Chinese vocabulary, the same is true of these dietary words. There are some characteristics in the internal semantic structure. In this paper, more than 230 related corpus are collected from the part of the diet words which produce metaphor and metonymy usage. In this paper, all the food words which produce metaphor and metonymy usage are divided into six categories from the source domain, and then subdivided according to the specific sources in each category. Secondly, From the perspective of target domain, these dietary words which have already produced metonymy and metonymy usage are divided into four categories, each of which is subdivided under each category. Then, the psychological space and conceptual integration theory of cognitive linguistics are used. Based on the generative lexicon and the theory of transitive role, the semantic construction and cognitive mechanism of the dietary words that produce metaphor and metonymy are further investigated. Finally, from the four angles of pure noun class, verb name / form name noun class, form name class and verb name class, In this paper, the conceptual integration and heterozygosity analysis of transitive structures are used to analyze the metaphorical and metonymy usage of dietary words, and to explore the internal semantic generation mechanism of these words. This paper also makes statistics on the proportion of various material roles highlighted in the process of conceptual integration, and finds that to a certain extent it reflects the way people understand the world and the way they understand the world. It also explains the naming of dietary words and the perception and psychology of people. There is a very important relationship between thinking and the cognitive style of the outside world.
