语用论辩学:一种论证理论

【摘要】：语用论辩学为分析评价论证提供了一种跨学科融合方法。为了评价论证,语用论辩学家以功能化、社会化、外在化和论辩化作为元理论起点,把批判性讨论作为理想模型,给出了一组论证合理性评价的批判性讨论规则。从1990年代开始,为了公正处理论证者试图追求论辩合理性与修辞实效性之间保持一种微妙平衡,语用论辩学从功能上整合了修辞视角,提出了"策略操控"理论框架。从语用论辩学观点来看,每个论证话步都是策略操控的结果,而谬误则是策略操控脱轨。
[Abstract]:Pragmatic argumentation provides an interdisciplinary fusion method for the analysis and evaluation of argumentation. In order to evaluate the argumentation, pragmatic argumentalists take functionalization, socialization, externalization and argumentation as the starting point of the meta-theory, and regard critical discussion as the ideal model. This paper presents a set of critical discussion rules for the evaluation of argumentation rationality. Since the 1990s, in order to justly deal with the argument's attempts to maintain a delicate balance between the reasonableness of argument and the effectiveness of rhetoric, Pragmatics integrates the rhetorical perspective from a functional point of view and puts forward the theoretical framework of "strategic manipulation". From the point of view of pragmatic argumentation, every argument step is the result of strategy manipulation, while the fallacy is the derailment of strategy manipulation.
