【摘要】：正2015年12月27日,由黑龙江省社会科学界联合会与黑龙江大学主管、黑龙江大学社会科学界联合会主办、黑龙江大学应用外语学院承办的"黑龙江省外语教育学术交流基地"成立大会在黑龙江大学胜利召开。该基地旨在以开展学术交流活动的方式促进黑龙江省外语教育课程建设,提高黑龙江省外语教育科研水平。黑龙江省社会科学联合会副主席张正明教授、黑龙江大学副校长丁立群教授、北京外国语大学中国外语教育中
[Abstract]:In December 27th 2015, it was sponsored by the Heilongjiang Federation of Social Sciences and the Heilongjiang University. The "academic Exchange Base of Foreign language Education in Heilongjiang Province", sponsored by the College of Applied Foreign languages of Heilongjiang University, was successfully held in Heilongjiang University. The purpose of the conference was to promote the construction of foreign language education courses in Heilongjiang Province by means of academic exchange activities. To improve the level of foreign language education and scientific research in Heilongjiang province.
