对泰汉语课堂组织教学初探

【摘要】:组织教学是对外汉语课堂教学中一个主要环节,在整个课堂教学中具有举足轻重的作用。组织教学主要表现在一堂课的开始阶段,也贯穿于整堂课的始终,一节课的每个教学环节都需要以组织教学为基础,环环相扣,把整个课堂衔接起来,以达到教学目的,收到良好的教学效果。组织教学在对外汉语课堂中的重要性也就对汉语教师组织教学的能力提出了更多更高的要求。影响组织教学的因素有很多,但根据我在泰国纳达娜中学四个月的教学实践,以及收集的调查问卷来看,影响组织教学的因素主要有:学校教育理念,语言沟通困难,学生学习态度动机,学校活动频繁导致汉语缺课率高,课堂秩序混乱学生注意力不集中等,一堂对外汉语课能否顺利的进行,都与这些因素息息相关,因此要加强教师组织教学的能力,无论是一节课的开始,还是中间阶段,都要注意组织教学的方式方法,保证课堂教学的有序性,稳定性。本文通过对教学过程中所收集整理撰写的资料和问卷进行分析,找出影响组织教学的问题所在,并分析产生问题的原因,随后提出相应的解决办法,最后将解决措施付诸实践,检验其效果如何,对效果做一个评价,并进行反思。本文重点探索的是针对泰国学生课堂组织教学中存在的问题而采取的措施,其次主要的是论述在组织教学过程中学生的课堂表现及原因,最后的重点放在阐述效果评价方面。只有将影响组织教学的问题解决了,才能确保课堂教学的进行,确保教学任务的完成,最终确保教学目标的实现。
[Abstract]:Organization teaching is one of the main links in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and plays an important role in the whole classroom teaching. Organization teaching is mainly manifested in the beginning of a class and throughout the whole class. Every teaching link of a class needs to be based on organizing teaching and linking up the whole class so as to achieve the purpose of teaching. The importance of organizing teaching in Chinese as a foreign language classroom also puts forward more and higher demands on the ability of Chinese teachers to organize teaching. There are many factors that affect organizational teaching. However, according to my teaching practice in Nadana Middle School in Thailand for four months and the questionnaire collected, the main factors that affect the organization of teaching are: school education concept, language communication difficulties, students' motivation to learn. Frequent school activities lead to a high rate of absenteeism in Chinese, confusion in classroom order, students' inattention, and so on. Whether or not a class of Chinese as a foreign language can proceed smoothly is closely related to these factors. Therefore, teachers' ability to organize teaching should be strengthened. Whether it is the beginning of a class or the middle stage, we should pay attention to the ways and means of organizing teaching to ensure the order and stability of classroom teaching. Find out the problem that affects the organization teaching, and analyze the reason of the problem, then put forward the corresponding solution, finally put the solution into practice, test its effect, and make an evaluation of the effect. This paper focuses on the measures taken in view of the problems existing in the organization of classroom teaching for Thai students, followed by the discussion of the classroom performance and reasons of the students in the process of organizing teaching. Only if the problems affecting the organization of teaching are solved, the classroom teaching can be ensured, the teaching task can be completed, and the teaching goal will be realized.
