妇产科医患叙事语言沟通剖析

【摘要】:通过妇产科临床工作中不同场景及时序的语言沟通调查,进行语用学层面的医患叙事沟通剖析,从规范临床用语的途径探索建构医患双主体互信模式。采用"当下医患沟通中的语言困局及其破解之策"课题组调查问卷调查,并通过头脑风暴收集语料。以基于语料库的语用分析,列出医患沟通用语分类(暖语、禁语)及警示分级(A/B/C/D/E/F)。妇产科医患叙事语言沟通有其特定专业性及服务性特征;医生应主动采用开放式和封闭式交互的提问技巧,避免语言过于简单、直白、制式化和命令式,沟通语境中着重回应患者叙事以表达关爱、尊重和礼貌。
[Abstract]:Through the language communication investigation of different scenes and time series in the clinical work of gynecology and obstetrics, this paper analyzes the doctor-patient narrative communication at the pragmatic level, and explores the construction of the mode of trust between doctors and patients from the way of standardizing clinical terms.A questionnaire survey was conducted by the research group "the language dilemma in current doctor-patient communication and its solution", and the corpus was collected through brainstorming.Based on corpus-based pragmatic analysis, this paper lists the classification of doctor-patient communication language (warm language, forbidden language) and warning classification A / B / C / D / E / F / F.The narrative language communication between doctors and patients in obstetrics and gynaecology has its specific professional and service characteristics. Doctors should take the initiative to adopt open and closed interactive questioning techniques to avoid language being too simple, straightforward, standardized and imperative.In the context of communication, emphasis is placed on responding to patient narratives to express love, respect and politeness.
