浅谈外语教师思辨能力现状及培养途径——一项基于访谈的研究

【摘要】：育人者,先育己。高等教育应该把培养思辨能力放在重要地位,这一点已在国内外教育界达成共识。通过访谈五位高校外语院系负责人了解到,我国高校外语教师大都受传统教育背景的限制,本身并不是合格的思辨者,难以培养出具有较高思辨能力的学生。为此,高校外语教师亟须普及思辨能力的学习,学校层面亦需要从教师源头的把控、教师书籍的引进、教师的研修培训以及绩效考核评价等多方面着手,合力促进高校外语教师培养思辨能力,以满足高等教育改革和发展对教师具备较高思辨能力的要求。
[Abstract]:He who educates is the first to cultivate himself.Higher education should put the cultivation of speculative ability in an important position, which has reached a consensus in the field of education at home and abroad.Through interviews with five heads of foreign language departments in colleges and universities, it is found that most foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in China are limited by the traditional educational background and are not qualified speculators themselves, so it is difficult to cultivate students with higher speculative abilities.Therefore, it is urgent for foreign language teachers in colleges and universities to popularize the study of speculative ability. At the school level, they also need to start with the control of teachers' source, the introduction of teachers' books, the training of teachers' study and training, and the evaluation of performance, etc.In order to meet the requirements of the reform and development of higher education, foreign language teachers in colleges and universities should have higher speculative ability.
