从形式审查角度谈如何撰写国家自然科学基金项目申请书

【摘要】：本文调查分析2012—2016年度国家自然基金申请与不予受理项目情况及2014年度不予受理项目的原因,发现"人员超项""不属于本学科资助范畴""依托单位问题""申请人或参与人问题"及"附件问题"等问题是导致申请书不予受理的重要原因。建议依托单位通过加强形式审查力度、完善形式审查流程等途径提高申请书的质量。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the application and inadmissibility of the National Fund for Nature in 2012-2016 and the reasons for the inadmissibility of the project in 2014. It is found that "personnel excess item" "does not belong to the financial aid category of this discipline", "relying on unit problem", "applicant or participant problem" and "annex problem" are the important reasons leading to the inadmissibility of the application. It is suggested that relying units improve the quality of applications by strengthening the formal examination and perfecting the formal review process.
