【摘要】：本文探讨中国法庭审判中打断现象与性别之间的关系。研究对象主要为法官、公诉人和律师这些从法人员。我们分别从打断数量、打断原因、打断位置和打断模式四个方面探讨这个问题,目的是更深入地揭示打断与性别这一现象,从而帮助改善法庭审判交际,更好地实现司法正义。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the relationship between the phenomenon of interruption and gender in court trials in China. The subjects of this study are judges, prosecutors and lawyers. We discuss this problem from four aspects: the quantity, the reason, the position and the pattern of interruption, in order to reveal the phenomenon of interruption and gender more deeply, and to help improve the judicial communication and realize the justice of justice.
