抓住转型机遇创新特色发展——关于独立院校外语专业转型发展的几点思考

【摘要】：独立院校在我国高等教育大众化背景下,20年间经历了由最初政策扶持、高速扩张,到当下转型发展、深挖内涵特色建设的历程。本文以独立院校外语专业在当下所遭遇的困难与机遇为研究对象,探索了独立院校外语专业学科建设在转型发展大趋势下,在高考政策改革、高校自身内涵建设失衡的内忧外困中,如何抓住国家战略机遇和社会发展需求,确立特色化办学定位;如何创新思路,培养融合型外语人才;如何创新机制,打造"互联网+内涵建设"等问题,为独立院校学科建设转型发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of popularization of higher education in China, independent colleges and universities have experienced the course of initial policy support, rapid expansion, transformation and development, and the construction of connotative features for 20 years. Taking the difficulties and opportunities encountered by foreign language majors in independent colleges and universities as the research object, this paper explores the reform of college entrance examination policy under the trend of transformation and development of foreign language major discipline construction in independent colleges and universities. How to grasp the national strategic opportunity and the social development demand, how to establish the characteristic orientation of running a school, how to innovate the thinking, how to train foreign language talents, how to innovate the mechanism, how to grasp the national strategic opportunity and the demand of social development in the unbalanced internal and external difficulties of the connotation construction of colleges and universities. Create "Internet connotation construction" and other issues, for independent colleges and universities subject construction transformation and development to provide a reference.
