【摘要】：纳伦市是吉尔吉斯斯坦东南部较为偏远落后的山区城市,海拔较高气候寒冷,自然条件相对恶劣,交通闭塞,社会发展相对滞后。但是外语教学在该地区表现得却异常活跃,呈现出百花齐放的景象,耐人寻味。论文就以吉尔吉斯斯坦纳伦市为例,通过对吉尔吉斯斯坦纳伦市纳伦国立大学、契卡洛夫中学、纳伦国立儿童培训中心、美国中亚大学等教育机构的教学管理人员、教师、学生等相关人员作为调查对象,通过访谈、问卷及观察等方法,针对课程设置、师资情况、学生学习动机、学习态度、语言学习自我评价、第二课堂设置、奖学金及留学机会等问题调查了该地区各外语教学现状,再对各外语教学情况做总体对比,分析各外语教学在纳伦市发展的优势与不足并发现影响各外语教学发展的影响因素。论文分为四大部分第一部分主要论述选题背景、研究目的、研究意义及创新之处、研究综述、研究思路与方法等。第二部分主要从各教育机构概况、各教育机构的外语教学语种、学生人数、课程设置、课堂教学、师资、奖学金授予情况、海外留学机会等方面展开外语教学现状调查。第三部分对各语种在纳伦市教育情况做对比分析,根据各外语在该地区发展现状将其分类为“强势型”和“弱势型”,阐述了各自特点。第四部分分析影响各外语教育在纳伦市发展的影响因素,经过分析得出主要原因有三,资金投入问题、国家影响力问题、是否纳入教学体系。
[Abstract]:Nalen is a remote and backward mountainous city in the southeast of Kyrgyzstan. Its altitude is relatively cold, natural conditions are relatively bad, traffic is blocked, and social development is lagging behind. But the foreign language teaching in this area is extremely active, showing a picture of blooming, intriguing. This paper takes the city of Nalun, Kyrgyzstan as an example, through teaching administrators and teachers in Nalen State University, Chikarov Middle School, Nalen National Children's training Center, the University of Central Asia and other educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan, such as the University of Central Asia, the United States of America, etc. Through interviews, questionnaires and observations, students and other related personnel as the object of investigation, according to the curriculum, teachers, students' learning motivation, learning attitude, language learning self-evaluation, the second classroom setting, This paper investigates the present situation of foreign language teaching in this area, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of foreign language teaching in Narun city, and finds out the factors that influence the development of foreign language teaching. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly discusses the background, research purpose, research significance and innovation, research review, research ideas and methods. In the second part, the current situation of foreign language teaching is investigated from the following aspects: the general situation of each educational institution, the language of foreign language teaching, the number of students, the curriculum, the classroom teaching, the teachers, the award of scholarships, the opportunity to study abroad and so on. In the third part, the author makes a comparative analysis of the educational situation of different languages in Nalen, classifies them as "strong" and "weak" according to the current situation of foreign language development in the region, and expounds their respective characteristics. The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the development of foreign language education in Nalon city. The main reasons are three: the problem of capital investment, the problem of national influence, and whether it is included in the teaching system.
