【摘要】：本文以新疆伊犁州直哈萨克族的国家通用语言的语言能力、语言使用情况、语言学习情况、语言态度和文字使用情况为研究重点,选取伊犁州直“一市两县”,伊宁市、新源县、昭苏县的哈萨克族为调查对象,运用文献法、田野调查法、定量和定性相结合方法,并采用统计学相关分析法,对语言使用情况进行描写统计,分析居住地、年龄、迁徙、受教育程度、职业等社会因素方面对语言选用的影响,进而分析影响伊犁州直哈萨克族使用国家通用语言文字的原因,并针对其原因提出具体建议,为国家制定针对民族地区的语言政策提供参考。全文分为五章,如下:第一章,绪论。介绍本文选题的依据、选题的现实意义、研究现状、研究创新点。第二章,调查方案的设计。包括调查对象的选择、采用的研究方法、抽样方案的设计、调查问卷的主要内容以及样本分布情况。第三章,伊犁州直哈萨克族国家通用语言使用情况数据分析。包括语言能力、不同场合语言使用情况、语言学习情况、语言态度和文字使用情况。总体来说,伊犁州直哈萨克族使用普通话的能力高于文字能力;普通话学习以学校学习为主;被调认同普通话在日常交际中的重要性。第四章,总结调研结论,发现存在的问题,并有针对性的提出对策。针对哈萨克族国家通用语言使用情况、语言使用环境、语言认同和基础设施建设等方面存在的问题,提出应加强社会宣传、提高哈萨克族国家认同意识,并加强双语教育学习等方面的意见。第五章,结语。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the national common language ability, language use, language learning, language attitude and writing usage of the Kazakh nationality in Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang, and selects "one city, two counties" in Yili Prefecture, Yining City. The Kazakh people in Xinyuan County and Zhaosu County are the objects of investigation. They use the methods of literature, field investigation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and use statistical correlation analysis to describe the language use, analyze the place of residence, the age. The influence of social factors, such as migration, education, occupation and so on, on the choice of language, and then analyzes the reasons that influence the use of the national common language and characters by the Kazakh nationality in Yili Prefecture, and puts forward some concrete suggestions for the reasons. It provides a reference for the state to formulate the language policy for ethnic regions. The full text is divided into five chapters, as follows: chapter one, introduction. This paper introduces the basis of the topic, the practical significance of the topic, research status, research innovation. The second chapter is the design of the investigation scheme. It includes the selection of survey object, the research method adopted, the design of sampling scheme, the main contents of the questionnaire and the distribution of the sample. The third chapter, the data analysis of the use of the national common language of the Kazakh nationality in Yili Prefecture. Including language ability, language use in different situations, language learning, language attitude and language use. In general, the ability of using Putonghua is higher in the Kazakh nationality of Yili Prefecture than that in the written language; the learning of Putonghua is mainly in school; and the importance of Putonghua in daily communication is recognized. The fourth chapter, summarizes the investigation conclusion, discovers the existence question, and puts forward the countermeasure pertinently. In view of the problems existing in the use of the common language, the environment of language use, language identity and infrastructure construction in Kazakh countries, it is suggested that social propaganda should be strengthened and the consciousness of national identity of Kazakh people should be raised. And strengthen bilingual education and learning and other aspects of the views. Chapter V, conclusion.
