关于法律文书名词“令”之历史语言学研究

【摘要】："令"一词的本义是动词。但早在产生不久的甲骨文时期其词义就有所扩展,有了名词的含义,特指天子所下的书面命令。而在金文中,其法律文书的意义就更加明确了。到了秦汉时期,作为法律文书名词,它已经开始应用到社会的很多方面。两晋时期,"令"又开始转变为法典类文书名词。此后除元代外,"令"作为法律文书名词在社会上有很高的使用频率。
[Abstract]:The original meaning of the word "Ling" is a verb. But as early as the oracle bone inscription, the meaning of the word has been expanded, with the meaning of nouns, especially the written orders given by the son of Heaven. In the Jin text, the meaning of its legal documents is more clear. By the Qin and Han dynasties, as a legal noun, it has been applied to many aspects of society. During the Jin Dynasty, "Ling" began to change into a code of clerical noun. In addition to the Yuan Dynasty, Ling, as a legal instrument, has a high frequency of use in the society.
