赴泰国职校汉语教师志愿者在岗培训模式研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese, the demand for learning Chinese is still very strong all over the world. The scale and speed of its internationalization have attracted the attention of the media and all walks of life. At the same time, "Chinese craze" has become popular all over the world. The international demand for Chinese teachers is also increasing. In order to actively promote Chinese and deepen the mutual understanding between China and the rest of the world, the Chinese Teachers' Volunteer Program has been launched by the Chinese National Han Affairs Office, which sends a large number of talented people to teach Chinese around the world. In order to improve the comprehensive quality and adaptability of overseas volunteers and enable them to integrate more quickly into the teaching life of the incoming countries, Hanban has provided on-the-job training for overseas volunteers. The purpose of this paper is to promote the construction of Chinese teachers, improve the quality of teachers and promote the promotion of international Chinese education. It also provides guidance for the young Chinese teachers' volunteers in teaching, living abroad, cross-cultural communication, and so on, to help them improve their classroom teaching ability and to avoid the psychological health problems of volunteers in the unfamiliar environment. The content of this paper is divided into five parts. The introduction introduces the background, significance, research review and research methods of this paper. The first chapter gives a brief analysis of the current situation of Chinese teaching in vocational schools in Thailand. The characteristics of Chinese teaching in vocational schools, the characteristics of students in vocational schools, and the needs of Thai teachers for Chinese teachers' volunteer ability are briefly described in the second chapter, which analyzes the results of the investigation on the individual development needs of Chinese teachers' volunteers in Thailand. The third chapter analyzes the current Chinese teacher volunteer training model in vocational schools, pointing out the shortcomings of the current vocational school Chinese teacher volunteer training model; The fourth chapter introduces the establishment of a new demand-oriented multi-on-the-job training model in detail, and finally summarizes the research, puts forward the shortcomings and expectations.
