汉维饮食文化差异对语言和翻译的影响

【摘要】:饮食在人类的物质生活中向来占据着最为重要的地位,作为中华民族传统特色的饮食文化更显博大精深。新疆地处古丝绸之路的交汇之处,自古以来就是民族聚居之地,来自各地的不同文化在新疆这片土地上相互交融发展,在饮食上也形成了一套别具特色的文化体系。通过大量搜集汉族和维吾尔两个民族的饮食习惯、饮食特点等方面的资料进行分析比对论述,将全文主体分为五个部分,分别是绪论、汉维饮食文化特征差异对比、汉维饮食文化对语言的影响、汉维饮食文化翻译分析,最后一部分是结论。第一部分绪论,主要从文献综述,选题依据、研究意义以及文章的创新之处进行了概述。在众多文献资料里对汉族饮食文化、维吾尔族饮食文化、文化翻译等几个方面进行了整合综述;第二部分汉维饮食文化特征差异对比,首先从自然环境特征、宗教礼仪特征、传统哲学特征三个方面对汉族和维吾尔族的饮食文化特征进行了介绍,随后又从宗教哲学差异、饮食结构差异、烹饪方式差异三个方面对汉族和维吾尔族的饮食文化特征进行对比分析;第三部分汉维饮食文化对语言的影响,首先从文字、词汇、语义、语用四个方面对汉语受到饮食文化的影响进行列举说明,其次从词汇、语义、语用三个方面对维吾尔语受到维吾尔族饮食文化的影响进行归纳总结;第四部分基于汉维饮食文化差异的翻译分析,通过前几章的理论基础作为例证,从文化借用、文化置换、文化移植三种翻译方法,以及归化异化的翻译策略两个方面对翻译遇到汉维饮食文化方面的一些问题进行了总结分析。总体来说,文章首先对汉族和维吾尔族的饮食文化特征进行了简要分析和叙述;其次从宗教哲学、饮食结构、烹饪方式几个方面对汉族和维吾尔族的饮食文化差异进行了对比分析;再次通过饮食文化折射在汉语和维吾尔语中常用的成语、谚语、惯用语等一些语言现象进行例举说明;随后对汉族和维吾尔族的饮食文化对语言的影响进行研究分析;最后落脚翻译分析,从翻译方法,翻译策略两个方面,对汉维饮食文化特征进行简单的探讨。文章旨在总结梳理汉维饮食文化对语言产生影响的各类现象,为汉维翻译教学提供更多的具体事例,也为构建新疆和谐的语言环境尽一份力。
[Abstract]:Diet has always occupied the most important position in human material life. Xinjiang is located at the intersection of the ancient Silk Road and has been inhabited by ethnic groups since ancient times. Different cultures from all over the region have intermingled with each other on this piece of land and have formed a unique cultural system on the diet. Through collecting a large number of Han and Uygur nationality diet habits, dietary characteristics and other aspects of the analysis and discussion, the main body of the paper is divided into five parts, respectively is the introduction, Hanwei Diet Culture differences, The last part is the conclusion. The first part is introduction, which summarizes the literature review, the basis of the topic, the significance of the research and the innovation of the article. In the numerous documents, the author summarizes the food culture of Han nationality, the food culture of Uygur nationality, cultural translation and so on. The second part compares the cultural characteristics of Han and Wei diet, first of all, from the characteristics of natural environment, religious etiquette, etc. This paper introduces the characteristics of food culture of Han nationality and Uygur nationality from three aspects of traditional philosophical characteristics, and then introduces the differences of religious philosophy and diet structure. The third part is the influence of Han and Uygur diet culture on language. First, from the text, vocabulary, semantics, Four aspects of pragmatics are listed to illustrate the impact of Chinese diet culture, followed by the lexical, semantic, pragmatic three aspects of Uygur language by the Uygur diet culture is summarized; The fourth part is based on the translation analysis of the cultural differences between Han and Wei, through the theoretical basis of the previous chapters as an example, from the cultural borrowing, cultural replacement, cultural transplantation three translation methods. And the translation strategies of domestication are summarized and analyzed. In general, the article first briefly analyzes and narrates the characteristics of the food culture of the Han and Uygur ethnic groups; secondly, from the perspective of religious philosophy, diet structure, The differences of food culture between Han and Uygur are compared and analyzed in several aspects of cooking style, and the common idioms, proverbs, idioms, idioms and other linguistic phenomena in Chinese and Uygur are illustrated through the refraction of food culture. Then the influence of the food culture of Han and Uygur on the language is analyzed. Finally, the translation analysis is carried out, and the characteristics of Han and Uygur diet culture are briefly discussed from the aspects of translation methods and translation strategies. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the various phenomena in which Chinese and Uygur dietetic culture affects language, to provide more concrete examples for Han-Wei translation teaching, and to contribute to the construction of a harmonious language environment in Xinjiang.
