云南师范大学2014级赴泰实习生跨文化适应问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着中国走向世界舞台,世界范围内掀起的“汉语热”使各国对优秀汉语教师的需求极为迫切,尤其是与中国相邻的东南亚国家。汉语教师能否很好的适应当地文化并顺利的开展工作对该地区汉语推广事业至关重要。因此,笔者选取云南师范大学2014级汉语国际教育专业的三十名实习生,结合问卷和访谈,调查其在泰国的跨文化适应状况,从主客观两方面出发,对实习生的适应问题提出相应的建议。文章由以下五部分组成:第一部分绪论,主要介绍选题缘由、跨文化方面的文献综述、本文的研究意义和研究方法。第二部分描述的是实习生的跨文化适应状况,分别从物质文化适应,精神文化适应和制度文化适应三个维度来描述,物质文化适应又从服装文化适应、饮食文化适应、建筑文化适应和交通文化适应四个方面来研究;精神文化适应,从宗教文化适应、校园文化适应和伦理道德和价值观念三个方面来论述;制度文化适应,从政治制度适应、经济制度适应以及法律制度适应三个方面来论述。第三部分针对跨文化适应状况分析实习生的跨文化适应问题。第四部分针对实习生跨文化适应的问题提出相应的研究对策。第五部分是研究结论,即通过研究得出实习生的文化适应程度由高到低依次为:制度文化、物质文化、精神文化。笔者针对调查结果,提出相应对策,以期为今后的实习生提供建议。
[Abstract]:As China moves onto the world stage, the "Chinese craze" in the world has made the demand for excellent Chinese teachers extremely urgent, especially in the Southeast Asian countries adjacent to China. It is very important for Chinese teachers to adapt to the local culture and carry out the work smoothly. Therefore, the author selects 30 interns of Grade 2014 Chinese International Education in Yunnan normal University to investigate their cross-cultural adaptation in Thailand, combining questionnaires and interviews, starting from subjective and objective aspects. Put forward the corresponding suggestion to the intern's adaptation problem. The article is composed of the following five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason of selecting the topic, the cross-cultural literature review, the research significance and the research method of this paper. The second part describes the intern's cross-cultural adaptation from three aspects: material cultural adaptation, spiritual cultural adaptation and institutional cultural adaptation, and material cultural adaptation from clothing cultural adaptation, diet cultural adaptation. The adaptation of architectural culture and traffic culture, the adaptation of spiritual culture, the adaptation of religious culture, the adaptation of campus culture, the adaptation of ethics and values, the adaptation of system culture, the adaptation of political system, The adaptation of the economic system and the adaptation of the legal system are discussed in three aspects. The third part analyzes intern's cross-cultural adaptation in view of cross-cultural adaptation. The fourth part puts forward the corresponding research countermeasure to the intern cross-cultural adaptation. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study, that is, the degree of cultural adaptation of interns from high to low is: institutional culture, material culture, spiritual culture. According to the investigation results, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to provide suggestions for the future interns.
