基于双重犹豫语言偏好关系的群决策方法（英文）

【摘要】：针对决策小组权重未知、方案的偏好信息以双重犹豫语言偏好关系形式给出的群决策问题,提出了一种简单决策方法.首先,为准确、全面地描述群决策过程中的不确定评估信息,定义双重犹豫语言数,并根据定义的运算法则,提出双重犹豫语言加权平均算子.其次,定义双重犹豫语言偏好关系,并利用单个决策小组对方案偏好信息得分值的标准差和其偏好信息得分值与其他决策小组偏好信息得分值的相关系数,提出一种客观确定决策小组权重的方法,进而提出一种基于双重犹豫语言偏好关系的群决策方法.同时,通过九甸峡水库运行方案选择实例说明该方法的可行性和有效性.最后,将该方法与现有方法进行比较,结果表明,所提出的方法能够直接处理双重犹豫语言偏好信息,不需要进行信息转化,从而可以减少原始决策信息的丢失
[Abstract]:A simple decision making method is proposed to solve the group decision problem in which the weight of decision group is unknown and the preference information of the scheme is given in the form of double hesitant linguistic preference relationship. Firstly, in order to accurately and comprehensively describe the uncertain evaluation information in the process of group decision making, the number of double hesitation languages is defined, and the weighted averaging operator of double hesitation language is proposed according to the defined algorithm. Secondly, we define the double hesitant language preference relationship, and use the standard deviation of the single decision group to the preference information score and the correlation coefficient between its preference information score value and the other decision group preference information score value. This paper presents an objective method to determine the weight of decision groups, and then proposes a group decision making method based on the preference relation of double hesitant language. At the same time, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are illustrated by an example of operation scheme selection of Jiudian Gorge Reservoir. Finally, the method is compared with the existing methods. The results show that the proposed method can directly deal with the preference information of the double hesitant language without the need for information transformation, thus reducing the loss of the original decision information.
