【摘要】：正《诗经·小雅·鸿雁》:"鸿雁于飞,哀鸣嗷嗷。"意思是鸿雁从天上飞过,发出嗷嗷的哀鸣声,比喻服劳役的百姓发出痛苦的呻吟。后以"哀鸿遍野"(哀鸣的大雁,遍布原野)四字成文,形容呻吟呼号、流离失所的灾民到处都是。例如明·毕自严《题覆大同抚臣张宗衡请发临德本色并措处宗禄疏》:"大同兵革之余,万灶沉烟,哀鸿遍野。"孙中山《兴中会章程》:"朝廷则鬻爵卖官,公行贿赂,官府则剥民刮地,暴过虎狼。盗贼横行,
