聚合社会性软件促进大学语文教师专业发展的模式与策略研究

【摘要】:“百年大计,教育为本”,大学语文教师作为教育者中的一份子,有着作为教育者最基本的要求:把教育工作摆在首位,紧随时代的脚步,不断进取、持续学习、把“传到授业解惑”的精神发扬光大。大学语文教师是中国汉语的最虔诚的传承者,他不仅有传授汉语言的责任,更承载着传承国人民族精神和民族文化的使命。大学语文教师作为重要的教育主体,其自身的专业发展是当今社会不容忽视的课题。重视大学语文、促进大学语文教师的专业发展,并建设一支高水平的大学语文教师队伍是建提高高校教育质量的根本保证。社会性软件随着信息技术的飞速发展应运而生,并为教育事业提供了更广阔的空间。信息化时代对大学语文教师提出了新的要求,剖析大学语文教师的专业发展的需求并寻求一套有效可行的基于多种社会性软件的大学语文教师专业发展的模式与策略体系意义重大。笔者首先查阅了国内外教师专业发展的研究现状以及社会性软件在教育的应用情况、进而分析利用社会性软件促进大学语文教师专业的发展的可行性。其次笔者阐述了大学语文教师专业发展的定义,并从大学语文教师的“教师身份”、“学习者身份”、“研究者身份”出发对大学语文教师专业素养重新分类,根据社会性软件的特点提出基于社会性软件的促进大学语文教师专业发展的模式与策略,并在实证中得以检验和完善。
[Abstract]:As a part of the educators, college Chinese teachers have the most basic requirements: to put education in the first place, to follow the pace of the times, to keep forging ahead, and to continue to learn. Carry forward the spirit of "passing on to teach and solve doubts". The university Chinese teacher is the most devout inheritor of Chinese, he not only has the responsibility of imparting the Chinese language, but also carries the mission of inheriting the national spirit and culture of the people. As an important subject of education, the professional development of college Chinese teachers is an issue that can not be ignored. Paying attention to college Chinese, promoting the professional development of college Chinese teachers, and building a high level of college Chinese teachers are the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of college education. With the rapid development of information technology, social software emerges as the times require, and provides a broader space for education. The information age has put forward new requirements for college Chinese teachers. It is of great significance to analyze the needs of the professional development of college Chinese teachers and to seek a set of effective and feasible models and strategies for the professional development of college Chinese teachers based on a variety of social software. The author first looks up the research status of teachers' professional development at home and abroad and the application of social software in education, and then analyzes the feasibility of using social software to promote the professional development of college Chinese teachers. Secondly, the author expounds the definition of the professional development of college Chinese teachers, and reclassifies the professional qualities of college Chinese teachers from the aspects of "teacher identity", "learner identity" and "researcher identity". According to the characteristics of social software, this paper puts forward the mode and strategy of promoting the professional development of college Chinese teachers based on social software, and it can be tested and perfected in the empirical study.
