基于“事件域突显模型”的菜肴命名模式研究

【摘要】：认知语言学中的"事件域认知模型(ECM)"可较好地解释认知规律和句法构造的成因,但对于语言中的隐转喻表达往往解释不够充分或具体。中国菜肴命名庞杂,包含大量隐转喻,虽然很多学者对其命名方式、文化内涵、修辞特点等方面进行了大量的描述和分析,但这些论述主要局限于修辞学、翻译学等层面,未能上升到认知思维层面的研究,运用认知语言学理论对中国菜肴的命名机制做深入分析则为空白。本文基于认知语言学理论ECM和"突显原则",兼顾"隐转喻"认知方式,建构了"事件域突显模型(ECM+)",对8大菜系里4000条菜肴名(每大菜系任选500条)进行了详细统计和定量分析,以此建立和分析中国菜肴的命名模式。
[Abstract]:The "event domain cognitive model" (ECM) in cognitive linguistics can better explain the causes of cognitive law and syntactic construction, but the implicit metonymy expression in language is often not fully explained or concrete. The naming of Chinese dishes is complicated and contains a lot of metonymy. Although many scholars have made a lot of description and analysis on its naming style, cultural connotation and rhetorical features, these discussions are mainly confined to rhetoric, translation and other aspects. It is blank to make a deep analysis of the naming mechanism of Chinese dishes by using cognitive linguistics theory, which fails to rise to the level of cognitive thinking. Based on the cognitive linguistics theory ECM and the "salience principle" and taking into account the cognitive style of "implicit metonymy", this paper constructs the "event domain salience model (ECM)". In order to establish and analyze the nomenclature pattern of Chinese dishes, the names of 4000 dishes in 8 major dishes were counted and analyzed in detail.
