上合组织框架下联合军演外语培训模式研究

  随着国际安全形势的日益复杂化和非传统安全威胁因素的增多,旨在维护地区和平与稳定的多国联合军演正演变成一种日益重要的国际军事合作样式。在联演保障问题中,语言保障是最急迫的问题之一,不断提高联演外语培训质量是顺利完成联演任务的必然要求。然而,目前我军的联演外语培训存在以下问题:培训时间短暂,培训对象单一,培训内容简单,培训方法不多,培训考核缺乏等一系列问题。因此,如何提高联合军演外语培训质量和效率,为开展联合军演提供良好的语言保障已成为一个迫切的研究课题。本研究依据ESP相关理论基础,针对联演外语培训现状,旨在构建一个科学、合理的联演外语培训模式,用以指导开展联演外语培训的各项活动,以提高联演外语培训的质量,为顺利开展联合军演、圆满完成联演任务提供可靠的语言保障。本论文主要研究两个问题:采用什么模式来实施联合军演外语培训较为合适;如何评估这种联合军演外语培训模式的合理性和有效性。论文首先论述了构建联合军演外语培训模式的理论基础——ESP理论;然后根据ESP理论对联合军演外语培训现状进行分析,并在此基础上构建了一个“四维一体”联合军演外语培训模式。论文采用问卷对军事译员进行调查分析,验证了该...
