【摘要】：正2016年5月5日,工信部向中国广播电视网络有限公司颁发了《基础电信业务经营许可证》,批准其在全国范围内经营互联网国内数据传送业务、国内通信设施服务业务。中国广播电视网络有限公司(以下简称"中广电")成为国内第四个基础电信业务运营商,这也被媒体称为电信行业的"第四张牌照",意味着中广电成为继移动、电信、联通三家之后新增的可以提供宽带等固定通信业务的第四个玩家(市场经营主体)。
