微博视域下女性在社会公共话题中的话语表达——基于新浪微博对“全面二孩”的讨论

【摘要】:以新浪微博上关于“全面二孩”政策的讨论为研究个案,考察微博视域下女性在社会公共话题中的参与度、关注视角和话语表达特征。研究发现,微博为女性参与公共话题讨论,尤其是从自身在现实中的特殊处境出发表达看法提供了重要平台。将二孩生育问题与女性地位和职业发展联系起来的讨论,在女性用户微博中有较多体现,但在男性用户微博以及所观察时段内主流媒体的报道中比较微弱。女性用户微博中的这些议题,一定程度上弥补了同时期媒体议程设置中的局限。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion on the "all-around two-child" policy in Sina Weibo, this paper examines the participation of women in social public topics, the perspective of attention and the characteristics of discourse expression from the perspective of Weibo. The study found that Weibo provides an important platform for women to participate in public discussion, especially to express their views from their own special situation in reality. The discussion on the relationship between the birth of the second child and the status and career development of women is more evident in the Weibo of female users, but it is weak in the Weibo of male users and the mainstream media reports during the observed period. These issues in the Weibo of female users, to some extent, make up for the limitations of the media agenda setting at the same time.
