中国媒体信任的来源与发生机制:基于CGSS2010数据的实证研究

【摘要】:运用全国综合社会调查(China General Social Surevy,CGSS)2010年数据,对中国媒体信任的影响因素与发生机制进行研究发现:民众对中央媒体的信任度总体上非常高,这来源于民众的收入公平感、传统文化价值观的影响、高频率的收看电视、政治效能感与人际信任;使用互联网、地区经济发展和家庭收入水平的提高、年轻化、教育年限增加是降低媒体信任的影响因素,这些因素推动了传统价值观向自我表达价值观转变从而降低了媒体信任。伴随着中国的现代化进程,公众对媒体的信任将呈现降低趋势;但如果媒体更加关切、回应民众的普遍诉求以提升民众的政治效能感,就能提高公众的信任度。
[Abstract]:Using the data of China General Social Surevyn CGSS in 2010, a study of the influencing factors and occurrence mechanism of Chinese media trust shows that people's trust in the central media is generally very high, which comes from the people's sense of income equity. The influence of traditional cultural values, the high frequency of watching TV, the sense of political efficacy and interpersonal trust, the use of the Internet, the improvement of regional economic development and the level of family income, the rejuvenation and the increase of years of education are the factors influencing the reduction of media trust. These factors promote the transformation of traditional values to self-expression values, thus reducing media trust. With China's modernization process, public trust in the media will decline, but if the media are more concerned and respond to popular demands to enhance public political efficacy, public trust can be enhanced.
