企业跨国并购中的知识转移过程研究

【摘要】:【目的/意义】本研究旨在探讨我国企业跨国并购中知识转移影响因素、实现机制及过程模型。【方法/过程】分别从知识输入和知识输出视角分析跨国并购中知识转移的主要影响因素,阐述组织忘记和组织学习协同作用下的知识转移实现机制,并创造性地构建跨国并购中知识转移的过程模型。【结果/结论】揭示了跨国并购中知识转移的内在机理,为我国企业通过跨国并购获取异质性知识资源提供理论依据和启示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A of Chinese enterprises. The realization mechanism and process model. [method / process] from the perspective of knowledge input and knowledge output, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A, and expounds the realization mechanism of knowledge transfer under the synergy of organizational forgetting and organizational learning. And the process model of knowledge transfer in transnational M & A is constructed creatively. [results / conclusions] reveal the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A, and provide theoretical basis and inspiration for Chinese enterprises to acquire heterogeneous knowledge resources through cross-border M & A.
