情绪对突发事件信息加工过程的影响——基于眼动追踪技术

【摘要】：[目的/意义]随着互联网的普及,突发事件发生后信息的发布、获取以及传播已然成为影响公众情绪以及社会稳定的重要因素,探索情绪对突发事件信息加工的影响变得重要起来。[方法/过程]以洪涝灾害作为研究背景,以眼动追踪技术作为研究方法,并采用3(个体情绪状态:正性、中性、负性)×3(材料情绪模式:积极、中性、消极)混合设计。通过对注视时间、注视次数、回视次数、瞳孔直径等眼动数据和被试对所阅读信息的记忆程度,来探究情绪对信息加工程度的影响。[结果/结论]与中性情绪相比,正性(积极)情绪和负性(消极)情绪对材料的注视时间、注视次数、回视次数都要小;不同情绪下瞳孔直径的大小关系为:负性(消极)正性(积极)中性;不同情绪下被试对材料的记忆程度大小关系为:正性(积极)中性负性(消极)。结果表明正性(积极)情绪下有利于被试对信息加工,而负性(消极)情绪使被试产生明显"回避"反映,不利于对信息加工,且个体情绪状态与材料情绪模式之间存在明显的交互作用。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] with the popularity of the Internet, the release, acquisition and dissemination of information after an emergency has become an important factor affecting public sentiment and social stability. It is important to explore the effect of emotion on the information processing of unexpected events. [method / process] A mixed design of 3 (individual emotional state: positive, neutral, negative) 脳 3 (material emotional pattern: positive, neutral, negative) was adopted with flood disaster as the background and eye movement tracking technique as the research method. The effects of emotion on the processing of information were investigated by means of eye movement data such as fixation time, fixation times, visual echo times, pupil diameter and the memory degree of the information read by the subjects. [results / conclusion] compared with neutral emotion, positive (positive) emotion and negative (negative) emotion had smaller fixation time, fixation frequency and return view. The relationship of pupil diameter in different emotions was: negative (negative) positive (positive) neutral, and the relationship of memory level between subjects under different emotions was positive (positive) neutral negative (negative). The results show that positive (positive) emotion is beneficial to the information processing, while negative (negative) emotion can make the subjects' clear "avoidance" reaction, which is not conducive to the information processing. And there is obvious interaction between individual emotional state and material emotional pattern.
