基于TAM的移动用户学术采纳行为影响因素研究

【摘要】:在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,以情报学、经济学、行为学等相关理论作为基础,基于技术接受模型,引入移动设备可用性、信息服务机构权限、用户学历结构、信息质量、信息服务机构环境等因素,构建移动用户学术采纳模型,分析各个变量之间的影响关系,提出假设。在问卷调研的基础上,通过结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、信息质量显著影响学术用户使用态度,移动设备可用性和信息服务机构权限都不同程度地影响了学术用户的感知易用性,用户学历对用户使用态度影响明显,信息服务机构环境也是影响用户使用态度的重要因素,模型对于移动用户学术采纳行为影响因素具有较好的解释度。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, based on the relevant theories of information science, economics, behavior science and so on, based on the model of technology acceptance, this paper introduces the availability of mobile devices, the authority of information service institutions, the educational structure of users, the quality of information. In this paper, a mobile user's academic adoption model is constructed, and the influence relationship between the variables is analyzed, and the hypothesis is put forward. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, empirical analysis is carried out through structural equation model. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and information quality significantly affect the attitude of academic users, and the usability of mobile devices and the authority of information services institutions affect the perceived usability of academic users to varying degrees. User education has a significant impact on the user's use attitude, and the information service organization environment is also an important factor affecting the user's use attitude. The model has a good explanation for the mobile users' academic adoption behavior factors.
