媒体舆情业务的生态及其影响研究

【摘要】:正近年来,舆情服务业蓬勃发展,它作为"朝阳"产业已是不争的事实1。新闻媒体是较早从事舆情服务的组织之一,2012年后在纸媒寒冬、媒体融合转型的行业大背景下,"舆情业务被不少媒体机构视为转型发展的重要增长点"2,越来越多的新闻媒体创办舆情服务机构。由于舆情服务业发展的时间较短,获取内部材料相对不易,学界针对媒体舆情业务的研究极少,缺乏对新闻媒体从事舆情服务前因后果的宏观审视,也缺乏从中观的组织层面分析探讨舆情业务的开展对
[Abstract]:In recent years, public opinion service industry is booming, it as a "sunrise" industry has been an indisputable fact 1.
