[Abstract]:With the increasing pressure of social survival and family life, the prevalence rate of postpartum depression in China is also increasing. The family tragedy caused by postpartum depression is often reported, so it is urgent to prevent and cure postpartum depression. The research and prevention of postpartum depression should not only start with physiological factors, but also pay more attention to the social support of puerpera. The onset of postpartum depression is within seven weeks of delivery, during which the interpersonal transmission and social support gap between the puerpera and her spouse will directly affect the emotional accumulation of the puerpera. Based on this background, this study focused on the changes of psychological state and social support expectation between one month before and 42 days postpartum, and the difference of the social support provided by the spouse to the puerpera. Then it analyzes the influence of social support drop on the psychological state of parturient. Based on the elaborate possibility model and interpersonal communication, this paper takes the pregnant women and their spouses before and after birth in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the objects of investigation, and adopts the research method of combining questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. Through the convenient sampling analysis of the psychological state and the expectation of social support before and after the birth of the parturient, and the changes of the social support provided by the spouse, the difference of the social support of the parturient before and after the birth was explored. The influence of the change of social support provided by spouse on the mental state of parturient was discussed. The results are as follows: 1. The expectation of social support changes before and after delivery. The pregnant women want more subjective support from their spouses before and after birth and more objective support from their spouses after birth. Second, the social support provided by the spouse to the puerpera is different before and after delivery. Third, the social support before and after the parturient birth is expected to drop greatly. Fourth, the change of spouse's social support has a significant effect on the mental state of the parturient, and the difference of the social support from the spouse makes the parturient more anxious and affects the occurrence of postpartum depression. The social support of the spouse has a direct impact on the psychological state of the parturient. In the process of prevention and treatment of postpartum depression, attention should be paid to the guidance of the social support to the spouse, so that the social support of the parturient can be satisfied. To promote the healthy development of family environment and the healthy growth of infants.
