【摘要】：正为顺应"互联网+"国家战略,国家新闻出版广电总局局长聂辰席曾在2015年3月(时任副局长)提出"打造智慧广电",并表示这一举措是推动广播影视转型升级的重要引擎,是广播影视惠民利民的责任担当,是顺应技术发展趋势,壮大自身优势的战略选择。为了回顾与总结近两年来我国"智慧广电"的发展成果,给业界搭建一个交流平台,2017年7月8日上午,以"大数据与智慧广电"为主题的第十二届中国传媒年会智慧广电分论坛在贵阳召开,来自全国100多位业内专家、学者参加了此次论坛,
[Abstract]:In order to comply with the "Internet" national strategy, Nie Chenxi, director of the State Administration of Press, publication, Radio, Film and Television, proposed "Building Smart Radio and Television" in March 2015 (then Deputy Director), and said that this move is an important engine for promoting the transformation and upgrading of radio, television and film. It is the responsibility of radio, television and film to benefit the people, and the strategic choice to adapt to the trend of technological development and to strengthen one's own advantages. In order to review and sum up the development achievements of "Smart Radio and Television" in China in the past two years, we have set up an exchange platform for the industry. On the morning of July 8, 2017, The 12th Annual Conference of China's Media, entitled "big data and Wisdom Radio and Television," was held in Guiyang. More than 100 industry experts and scholars from all over the country participated in the forum.
