媒介接触、危险评估与第三人效果

【摘要】：正互联网时代,人们在享受网络带来的便利时,也必须警惕可能面临的风险。2017年5月12日,一款名为"Wanna Cry"的勒索病毒大规模入侵全球电脑网络,波及近100个国家和地区,中国也未能幸免。此次勒索病毒事件的警示意义很强,不仅说明个人网络安全意识亟待加强,更给国家网络安全敲响了警钟。
[Abstract]:In the age of the Internet, people must also be wary of the risks when they enjoy the convenience of the Internet. On May 12, 2017, a blackmail virus called "Wanna Cry" broke into the global computer network on a massive scale, affecting nearly 100 countries and regions. China has not been spared. The warning significance of this extortion virus event is very strong, which not only indicates that the personal network security consciousness needs to be strengthened urgently, but also sounded the alarm bell to the national network security.
