国内外科学数据管理平台比较研究

【摘要】:科学数据管理平台是开展科学数据管理的主要阵地。本文对国内外十余个科学数据管理平台进行调研,分别从平台的建设现状、建设目标、系统平台、数据来源、经费情况、平台功能、数据管理功能等维度进行比较分析,希望能够探查国内外科学数据管理平台的建设实践,分析二者之间的异同,发现值得借鉴的经验,为我国科学数据管理平台建设提供参考。研究发现,国内外科学数据管理平台建设在上述维度分析中具有一定的相似性,但是国外科学数据管理平台建设快速发展,且数据管理功能已经开始服务于科学研究全过程,而国内科学数据管理平台建设较少,数据管理功能仅服务于存储和发布等方面。
[Abstract]:Scientific data management platform is the main position of scientific data management. In this paper, more than ten scientific data management platforms at home and abroad are investigated and analyzed from the aspects of the status quo of platform construction, construction objectives, system platform, data sources, funding situation, platform functions, data management functions, and so on. It is hoped that the construction practice of the scientific data management platform at home and abroad can be explored, the similarities and differences between the two are analyzed, and the experience worthy of reference can be found in order to provide a reference for the construction of the scientific data management platform in China. It is found that the construction of scientific data management platform at home and abroad has certain similarities in the above dimensional analysis, but the construction of foreign scientific data management platform has developed rapidly, and the data management function has begun to serve the whole process of scientific research. But the domestic scientific data management platform construction is less, the data management function only serves the storage and the release and so on.
