我国广播业的政府规制刍议

【摘要】：伴随互联网技术的进一步发展,传统电台与新媒体的融合趋势更为明显,为我国广播业发展带来巨大机遇,但如何引导其在新环境下健康、有序的发展,成为我国广播业政府规制面临的问题。带有计划经济烙痕的政府规制已不能适应市场经济的需要,加上技术进步带来的新型广播方式,现有广播业的政府规制已难以发挥作用。文章对我国广播业的政府规制现状进行了简单阐述,并对现有政府规制实施过程中所遇到的问题提出建议,希望能为我国广播业更好地发展贡献有意义的思考。
[Abstract]:With the further development of Internet technology, the trend of convergence between traditional radio station and new media is more obvious, which brings great opportunities for the development of China's broadcasting industry, but how to guide its healthy and orderly development in the new environment. Become our country broadcasting industry government regulation faces the problem. The government regulation with the mark of planned economy can no longer meet the needs of the market economy and the new broadcasting mode brought by the progress of technology makes it difficult for the government regulation of the broadcasting industry to play its role. This paper briefly expounds the current situation of government regulation of broadcasting industry in China, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems encountered in the implementation of the existing government regulation, hoping to contribute to the better development of broadcasting industry in China.
