英国政府数据开放平台交通数据的建设现状调查与分析

【摘要】：文章以英国政府开放数据平台data.gov.uk交通数据为调查对象,从发布机构、主题、格式、许可协议与开放级别4个方面调查该平台现有902个已发布的交通数据集的建设情况;从API设置和APP开发两方面掌握其交通数据的应用情况;从数据请求机构、主题、原因和结果了解公众对交通数据的潜在需求。在调查基础上总结da-ta.gov.uk平台交通数据建设与开放的经验与不足,为我国政府开放交通数据以推进智慧交通建设进程提供一定的启发。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the construction of 902 published traffic data sets of the open data platform (data.gov.uk) of the British government from four aspects: the issuing agency, the theme, the format, the license agreement and the open level. The application of traffic data in API setup and APP development, and the potential demand for traffic data from data request organization, subject, cause and result are discussed. On the basis of investigation, this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of traffic data construction and opening on da-ta.gov.uk platform, and provides some inspiration for our government to open traffic data to advance the process of intelligent traffic construction.
