媒体深度融合整体转型中的热点与痛点

【摘要】：媒体改革进入"深水区",传统纸媒在深度融合、整体转型中如何让采编人员先做到"身入"再做到"深入",在理念上产生化学反应?如何从"一次采访"升级为"一次采集",改革新闻生产方式?报纸要不要做短视频、怎样做好短视频?传统媒体人为何要从"经验化生存"转变为"数据化生存"?内容运营为什么重要、怎么才能做好?针对这些传统主流媒体融合发展中遇到的热点痛点,本文从实践层面给出自己的观察与思考。
[Abstract]:Media reform into the "deep water area", traditional paper media in the deep integration, the overall transformation of how to let the staff first "into" then "in-depth", in the concept of chemical reactions? How to upgrade from "once interview" to "once collect" and reform the news production mode? Do newspapers want to make short videos, and how to make short videos? Why should traditional media people change from "experience-based survival" to "data-based survival"? Why is content operation important and how can we do it well? In view of the hot spots encountered in the development of traditional mainstream media fusion, this paper gives my own observation and thinking from the perspective of practice.
