公共信息服务的供给侧结构改革研究

【摘要】：社会信息需求的变化和公共信息服务质量的提升要求进行公共信息服务供给侧结构改革。公共信息服务的供给侧结构改革必须着力于公共信息服务类型和形态两个方面。文章将公共信息服务区分为基本型与发展型两种类型,对其内涵与特点进行比较分析,并阐述了两者之间的关系。梳理了公共信息服务形态的发展变化,认为"可视化"是公共信息服务形态发展变化的基本趋势。为实现公共信息服务供给侧结构改革,本研究提出了若干改革原则和可供选择的路径与方法。
[Abstract]:The change of the social information demand and the improvement of the quality of public information service require the reform of the supply-side structure of the public information service. The reform of the supply-side structure of the public information service must focus on the types and forms of the public information service. This paper divides the public information service into two types: the basic type and the developmental type, compares its connotation and characteristics, and expounds the relationship between the two types. This paper combs the development and change of the form of public information service, and thinks that "visualization" is the basic trend of the development and change of the form of public information service. In order to realize the reform of the supply-side structure of public information services, some reform principles and alternative paths and methods are put forward in this paper.
