浅析新兴媒体时代大型电视媒体集团的变革策略——以瑞典摩登时代集团为例

【摘要】:在新兴媒体时代,媒介技术和市场环境急剧变化,传媒机构的变革势在必行。大型电视媒体机构的规模优势反而会成为阻碍变革的不利因素。本文介绍了瑞典摩登时代集团采取了"减量、扩容"策略,即减少开路电视频道等传统媒体业务,增加电子体育、网络电视运营等新兴媒体业务,同时做强内容板块。其积极调整组织架构和业务内容的做法,有效提升了业务适应能力和市场竞争能力。
[Abstract]:In the new media era, the media technology and market environment have changed dramatically, and the reform of media organizations is imperative. The size advantage of large television media organizations can instead become an obstacle to change. This paper introduces that the Swedish Modern Times Group has adopted the strategy of "reducing and expanding capacity", that is, reducing the traditional media services such as open-circuit television channels, increasing the emerging media services such as electronic sports and network television operations, and strengthening the content sector at the same time. Its active adjustment of organizational structure and business content effectively enhances business adaptability and market competitiveness.
