“一点资讯”新闻客户端使用与满足研究

【摘要】:随着移动互联网的不断发展,手机新闻客户端成为多数用户获取新闻的主要渠道。手机新闻客户端为用户提供实时性、移动化的阅读体验,满足了用户随时随地浏览新闻的需求。然而,在新闻客户端为用户带来便利阅读方式的同时,产品同质化问题日益凸显。近年来,随着新闻客户端的更新与迭代,个性化推荐系统新闻客户端的出现让信息传播进入了个性化、精准化的细分模式,机器算法成为新闻内容分发依托的主流技术之一。这其中,“一点资讯”新闻客户端以其“推荐+搜索+订阅”的方式,在众多新闻客户端中异军突起,成为新型新闻客户端的代表。本文主要采用了问卷调查法和访谈法相结合的方法,以“一点资讯”新闻客户端的用户为调研对象,在使用与满足理论的基础上,从用户认知需求、情感需求、个人整合需求、社会整合需求、舒解压力需求五个方面,对“一点资讯”新闻客户端用户的媒介接触行为动机以及满足情况进行了调研分析。分析得出,个性化推荐系统在内容分发上具备独有优势,随着用户使用时间的增加,“一点资讯”可以在一定程度上把握用户喜好,对用户进行信息精准推荐。同时,本文也归纳出目前“一点资讯”新闻客户端所存在的问题:新闻内容质量有待提高、交互机制缺乏创新、机器算法技术需要改进等。最后,本文提出了注重内容建设,拓展交互功能,完善算法机制等解决方案,为“一点资讯”新闻客户端的未来发展提供了建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet, mobile news client becomes the main channel for most users to get news. Mobile news client provides users with real-time and mobile reading experience, which meets the needs of users browsing news anytime and anywhere. However, while news clients bring convenient reading methods to users, the problem of product homogenization is becoming more and more prominent. In recent years, with the update and iteration of news client, the emergence of news client in personalized recommendation system has made the information spread into personalized and precise subdivision mode. Machine algorithm has become one of the mainstream technologies for news content distribution. Among them, the "little information" news client has become the representative of the new news client because of its "recommendation, search and subscription". Based on the theory of usage and satisfaction, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview, and takes the users of "a little information" news client as the research object, from the cognitive needs, emotional needs, personal integration needs of the users, and based on the theory of usage and satisfaction, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview method. This paper investigates and analyzes the media contact behavior motivation and satisfaction of "little information" news client users in five aspects of social integration and stress relief. The analysis shows that personalized recommendation system has unique advantages in content distribution. With the increase of users' use time, "a little information" can grasp the user's preferences to a certain extent, and make precise recommendation to users. At the same time, this paper also sums up the existing problems of "a little information" news client at present: the quality of news content needs to be improved, the mechanism of interaction is lack of innovation, and the technology of machine algorithm needs to be improved and so on. Finally, this paper puts forward some solutions, such as paying attention to content construction, expanding interactive function, perfecting algorithm mechanism, and so on, which provides some suggestions for the future development of "a little bit of information" news client.
