全媒型人才需具备的新思维新技能

【摘要】：正新媒体时代,全媒型人才需要积极跨界,努力使自己成为武艺高强的复合型人才。现今,在媒体中全媒体概念已经被多数人了解,全媒型人才也越来越紧俏。笔者认为,全媒型人才至少应具备以下新思维、新技术与新技能。全媒型人才应具备的新思维思维决定行为。一个综合素质高的全媒型人才,首先需要更新补充各种新思维,这些思维主要分为以下几个层面。1.基本层面的新思维
[Abstract]:In the era of new media, full-media talents need to actively cross the border and strive to make themselves become composite talents with high strength of martial arts. Nowadays, the concept of all-media in the media has been understood by most people, and all-media talents are becoming more and more popular.
